Burks-Mordecai Builders, Inc. is a General Contractor serving Mississippi and Alabama. Our Company was established in May 1991, with our primary interest in the commercial and industrial building industry. Our services include Pre-Construction, General Contracting, Construction Management, Design-Build, and Facilities Maintenance. We have experience and an exceptional reputation in many construction sectors including industrial, corporate, retail, food service, government, education, healthcare, and historic renovations. Burks-Mordecai Builders continues in the tradition of “hands-on” involvement on each project which ensures all project needs are successfully met.

When forming our company we did not consider any option other than putting our name on the business. Our name makes it personal and we constantly strive every day to maintain an impeccable reputation. The history and culture of our company revolves around service, integrity, and quality. Our attitude and methods are confirmed by the fact that over 90% of our business is with repeat clients. Over the years, we have built strong relationships with architects, engineers, building professionals, and subcontractors to ensure a collaborative environment which is the foundation for a quality building project.
